Grmani is a small settlement by the sea with a dozen houses and a few villas. The settlement has a unique secluded location.
At the same time, it is very easy and quick to get to beaches, shops, services, and attractions.
The house is located on a plot of 17 acres and borders a natural conservation area (forest, no other houses).
There are no neighbours on three sides of the plot. Next to the house is a large yard and private parking for multiple cars.
The building has 2 floors with sea, garden, and montains views.
You will get fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, place for remote office, and more.
